1. Jaw crusher installed on the concrete foundation. In order to reduce vibration, noise and the impact on the foundation of nearby buildings, it is good to pad the crusher and concrete foundation with hardwood pad, rubber belt or other vibration damping material.
2. The height, depth and area of the foundation shall be calculated separately according to the soil conditions. It is recommended that the weight of the base is roughly 5 to 6 times the weight of the machine.
3. The basic discharge tank should be laid with a layer of metal plate and have a sufficient tilt Angle so as not to hinder the discharge of broken products.
4. When adjusting the discharge port, loosen the tie rod bolt and tighten the spring first, then use the adjusting bolt to open the adjusting block, replace the gasket with the required thickness, and then exit the adjusting bolt. The movable jaw automatically compresses the gasket group by its own weight and the force of the spring, and makes the adjusting block close to the ear seat. The pre-pressure of the spring is then adjusted to ensure that the toggle plate can be close to the toggle pad when the crusher is working. After locking the adjusting block and gasket group, it must be noted that it is strictly forbidden to contact the adjusting bolt with the adjusting block when working.
5. After the jaw crusher is installed and adjusted properly, the test run is carried out.
(1) No-load test shall reach:
(2) All fasteners should be firm, no loosening phenomenon.
(3) The flying and grooving wheels run smoothly.
(4) All friction parts without abrasion, shavings and grinding phenomenon, without normal noise.
(5) Load test shall meet the following requirements:
(6) The crusher shall not have periodic or significant impact sound.
(7) Large feed size should comply with the design regulations.
(8) Continuous operation for 8 hours, bearing temperature rise does not exceed 30℃.
(9) The output of the crusher is roughly in line with the design regulations, and the product particle size meets the requirements.
